I like Brenna. It's not my own style, but I think it's very warm, bright, neat, and modest sounding.- mirfak

I commented on this several days ago. While I don't really care for Brenda and find it dated (50's, 60's), I really like Brenna a lot. I find it unusual enough to be interesting. In addition, the 'na' sound is much softer than the 'da' sound.

The sound is pleasant enough, but Brenna doesn't do it for me. It sounds like an updated version of Brenda, but because of the trendy sound (Bren/Bryn/Bran names are very 'in' right now), it'll be just as dated as Brenda given time.

I like it a lot. I think it's soft and pretty, easy to say and spell, not common at all, but also not weird. It's one of those names that walks the perfect line between blending in and standing out.Two thumbs way up for me.

I don't care for it, it sounds like a little kid's pronunciation of Brenda, a name I have always tought hard-sounding, middle-aged and cheap.
