Gwen-ee-va is nice, but i think from the welsh it is pronounced gwen-hoo-ver - which is rather ugly.

Also, any other names with 'ligh' or 'igh' sound in them?

It looks like gwen-hi-fer to me, as in rhyming with Jennifer. That is how I always pronounced Gwenhwyfar's name in Mists of Avalon.

I would think initially that it's pronounced like Guinevere.
