Celia reminds me of cilia, but Cecilia / Cecelia is ok. It's not one that I would use though. I prefer Cecily. Cecilia Truth sounds nice. I like Cecilia Ruth as well. Susannah is nice, but I dislike the possible nickname Susie. How about Susannah Margaret or Susannah Helen?

Susie wouldn't be used in the household.

The only time I'd use Susannah is if I married my bestfriend, and he has an alcoholic, insane aunt named Susie.
