It says that Oscar Wilde invented this name so I would say that, yes it is very much Dorian Gray - since he was the first to bear the name and the most famous. Except for that guy on Charmed :)

I don't really like it myself, I think it sounds a little girly. But Dorian Arthur Stephen is nice.
