For girls I only like Carys. I do like all your boy choices though.
Welsh names do look lovely, but they generally just don't sound right to me without a Welsh accent.
For an example, my cousins all have Welsh names (Lloyd, Rhys and Carys, if you're interested). A Welsh person saying them would sound great, but our Yorkshire accent just doesn't sound quite the same.
These are the ones from your list that I like:
Anwen
Briallen
Bronwen
Carys
Catrin
Mairwen
Nerys
Dylan
Rhys

Welsh names are lovely...
Alanis -- I LOVE this name. I would probably use it (if I had a child) if it weren't for Alanis Morrisette. It's like... if a celebrity has an uncommon name, every time you hear that name, you will ALWAYS associate it with the celebrity. Farrah Fawcett and Uma Thurman are other examples. But Alanis *is* lovely. :)
Alys -- nice
Anwen -- cute! I like this better than Arwen, which is becoming popular
Briallen -- eh... not so much...
Bronwen -- sweet... I also like Bronté. :)
Carys -- a little too Catherine-Zeta for my taste...
Catrin -- sweet
Gwendolen/Gwendolyn -- Okay... my favorite Gwen- name is Gwenna. I think that's sweet.
Gwyneth -- I like it more than Gwendolyn, but you have the same problem with this as you do with Alanis.
Mair/Mairwen -- if it's pron. MY-er-win, then I love it. (That's how it should be pron.)
Nerys -- neat!
Wynne -- LOVE it! My hubby doesn't like this so much though...
Dylan -- okay... but both Pamela Lee and Catherine Zeta have one of these. I think it's a bit too trendy. Just don't use it along with Carys! LOL.
Evan -- I like this a lot!
Gavin -- LOVE it!
Owain -- It will be mis-pron. a lot, but it's nice.
Rhys -- I like this too, but I think I prefer it for a girl.
Nice names! I think Alanis, Mairwen and Gavin are my faves.
