Nope, nope, and nope! :-)
However, I definitely prefer Mischa and Sasha as nicknames, for Mikhail and Aleksandr respectively.
Aleksei Aleksandr is quite repetitive in looks, sound, and (partially) meaning, so I would go for Aleksei Mikhail.
