Amias
I adore the name Amias, but im not sure which way is the best and right way to pronounce it. I like Ah-my-as but I think its wrong.
I think Amyas might be the spelling to match the pron. How would you pronounce it? Any sibling suggestions, Im really stuck.I though of:

I first heard this name on the OLD Nickelodeon show "You Can't Do That On Television". There was a boy named Amias (not sure about spelling) and it was pronounced AM-ee-uhs. I prefer it this way, but I'm not sure if it's the "correct" pronunciation. I'm not overly crazy about Maxim (because of the magazine...which may not be an issue in Australia?) but I think it sounds nice with Amias anyway.

I would pronounce Amias as Ah-my-as as well. I think it is absolutely gorgeous and I think it would match most of the names that you like such as Caspian, Aubrey, Darcy, and Boyd. It also sounds great with Maxim! For a sibset I would go with:
Caspian, Georgina, Amias and RowenaWDYT?

On the 80s kids' show You Can't Do That On Television, one of the actors was named Amyas Godfrey. He pronounced it A-me-s.

Glad I'm not the only one who remembers! Was it a long A sound at the beginning? I could've sworn it was a short A, but it was 20 years ago. :b
