In Germany, Detlef is a name often ridiculed. It's used stereotypically for an effeminate gay character in jokes.

Sounds like it would make a good rapper name... Also reminds me of the band Def Lepperd(sp?) Maybe I'm misunderstanding the prn. Is it prn. DEET-lehf or DEHT-lehf?
