Yeah, the Olivia N thing is why I scratched most of the popular names off of my list. I'm sad that some of my favorite names are climbing! I love the sound of Aodhan / Aidan, but it's becoming soo popular that I would never use it any more. Please don't get depressed! :) If you like "O" names, how about Ophelia?

Then, my daughter would be depressed! Naming my daughter after a woman who goes crazy and commits suicide? Not a good idea! I have this indelible impression of Helena Bonham Carter. She's a good Ophelia for sure.

I don't usually look to namesakes, I look to whether or not I like the sound :)

If Ophelia is a no-go, then how about Octavia? Oceane? Oceana? Olympe? Oona? Opal?
