I don't associate Milo at all to Milo and Otis. When I was 9 or so, Milo was my absolute favourite name. Then I went through a period of not liking it. But just the other day, I happened to be thinking about it, and I really do like the sound. It's a nice name, and a great alternative to Michael. I like it a lot! :-)
