I don't see why you couldn't, it's only her middle name, one of two, after all. She might really like that her nephew has one of her names.
Well, you could say that you were honoring her and it make more sense than naming the boy Amy. :)

I don't think there's any real objective "right" or "wrong" for this kind of thing -- it's just what's acceptable in your family. Your sister may be too young to offer her input, but surely you've got other close relatives (namely your parents, but also siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles) who would have a better sense than we do. It definitely wouldn't be okay in my family, but there are many families in which it would be just fine. :)

I don't think there'd be anything wrong with it, no. However, it depends on whether you'd be okay with it, and whether it's acceptable to honour family members in your family--not on whether or not a complete stranger gives it the thumbs-up. ;)
