I really can't stand it, I'm afraid. I hate Anna desperately, and with -bel on it, it sounds like the only way it could be even more yuupified. The only benefit is that you could call her Bubbles (like Annabel Andrews in Mary Rodgers' Freaky Friday tries to get people to do), and that's not enough to make me pull it out of the Juliana-Liliana category.
Mirabel(le), on the other hand, is lovely as all getout. I love it and Mira both. :)

Haha, yes I know you tend to dislike Anna names. I would be more like to call Annabelle by the nickname Belle though. Mirabelle however would be called Mira as a nickname. I've only know a couple of Annabel/le's before, and they weren't "yuppy" at all, haha.
