I personally like Julia, but I LOVE Julie so much more. There's something about it that appeals to me more than Julia; it may perhaps be that I have great associations with the name :)

I think either name could go with Paige & Emilia. I think that Julie goes better with Paige, & Julia goes better with Emilia.
