I'd use Louisa because I just dislike the look of Luisa. It's been my experience that when Louisa is lazily pronounced, you get the loo-EE-sah prn anyway. I knew a girl my freshman year whose name was Louisa, and everyone pronounced her name loo-EE-sah.
I don't think anyone would really even notice that your name rhymes with your daughter's.
I much prefer Luisa.
