Tristie?
There was a message yesterday about the name Trista. I was thinking Tristie might be a cute female version of Tristan. Do you like it? What middle names might go good with it?

The first thing I think of is the word tryst. I think a girl named this would be in for a lot of comments when she was not a little girl any more.

No, all the 'trist' names just seem too close to the word 'sad' to me. I don't like them.Tristie also makes me think of a tryst, like a romantic tryst.

I really like Tristie! (I was a big fan of Kristie as a nn for Kristina!)

I'm not keen on it but it's a lot better than calling a girl Tristan.

I prefer Trista or Tristana with Tristie as nn.As for mn, I would choose a very traditional mn. Tristie Anne, Tristie Jane, Tristie Catherine, Tristie Louise, Tristie Nicole etc."You may give them your love but not your thoughts. For they have their own thoughts.
You may house their bodies but not their souls,
For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams."
