Beckett - If you have the family names Beck and Bennett to work with, I'd just use those. Beckett just seems too surnamey to me, and if it's not even your own surname, I guess I miss the point. In my opinion a namesake uses the actually name. Close enough doesn't work for me. Anyway, I prefer straight Beck which reminds me of the so-nerdy-he's-hot musician. Mmmmm...
Thackery - really, really dislike the harsh sounds going on it this one. Sounds like a child having issues saying Zachary right.
