Rordan is the only one that doesn't make me think of a "rear end." I love Rio though, I'd just use that. Rory and Rordan both make me feel like I'm choking on my own tongue when I say them. I don't care for the feel of that sound at all.

I like Rordan with Rory as a nn. Riordan is ok, but the "rear" sound bothers me a bit. Rio could definitely work as a nn, though it's nms. Rearden looks silly, imo.

I love Rordan and Riordan is nice. I love the name Rory as well, whether as a full name or as a nickname. Rio is nice, but I'm not sure how it would work as a nickname for Riordan.

I've loved this name for literally decades now, and in all that time never really thought about choosing a nn for it. I definitely like Rio better than Rory. Dan is also a viable alternative.

I've heard these names as last names, but i like them. It depends what last name you put with them. I see Rory as a girl's nickname.
