Morgan / Cordelia - one very masculine one very feminine though I know Morgan can be a girls name where I live its used mainly for boys , seeing this I would assume it was a boy /girl twinset Morgaine or Morgana would look better
Fleur / Leilani - go together well without being to cuetsy matchy
Phoebe / Faith - far to similar in sound for me
Melanie / Cole - Cole is totally boy to me other names that might fit the theme Maura, Nigella Kiarra Kiera
Sienna / Scarlett - a bit cutesy i dont like matching names for twins but nice names in themselves
Eve / Zoe - themey but the names are different enough to work well for twins
Mina / Anwen- Mina is very nicknamey but as twin namnes go this set isnt to bad
Lily / Jasmine - themey again but both lovely names
I can see where you are going with these but sometimes trying to fit names around a meaning makes it difficult to find ones that really fit well

I LikeSienna/Scarlett
Melanie/Cole ( However I think cole is a little too masculine )
Lily/Jasmine ( Lily is a bit too simple. I would Use Lillith or Lelaine)
