Well, if the "rice" pronunciation is what you like, I'd go with a spelling like Reiss, personally.
Otherwise, use it as a middle name. :) I understand liking a name better as the mispronunciation--for example, Isobel pronunced ee-SOH-bul is still a pleasure of mine, though not one I'd use. In the middle name slot, you can do whatever you like--go wild there.
