This is a really cool name! When I hear it, I think of a really good friend of our family, who is also an elder at our old church in Arkansas...

Carl is nice (I think of the poet Sandburg), though I prefer Karl on the whole. It's a neat choice for a name--hardly unheard of, but unlikely to be Karl S. I approve. :)

A friend's son is named Karl. I like it. I prefer it with a "K," but Carl is nice too.
