Do you think these nicknames work?
Ok. I love the name Delilah, and want to know if these nn work.Delilah-
Lily
Delia
Lila
Ally
Delly (for a young child)
Ellie
AddyAlso, tell me if y ou see any other possible nn in this.Also, I really am liking the name Bethany lately. Is it outdated or anything? tell me what you think.

I think all the nns are fine, but I wouldn't use the name Delilah because of the person in the Bible. Bethany isn't outdated. I really like the name too and think it would be fine to use.

Delia - Yup
Lila - Yup
Ally - Sorta a stretch, but not too bad. A common nickname to tack on to a beautiful name.
Delly (for a young child) - I prefer Della
Ellie - I can see it, but see Ally.
Addy - I don't really see this one. All the letters are there, but i'd save Addy for an Adeline, Addison or Adelle.My favorite nicknames for Delilah are Della and Lilah

I personally think that all of the nicknames work. I dont have anyothers at the moment :) sorry. I still think Bethany is in style, but probally won't be in a few more years.Proud Mommy to Patches. (my cat)
