I love the name Valentina. It's beautiful. For a boy, I don't really think using Valentine is a good idea - too Valentine's Day, and can also be feminine, so both of these together make it a particularly teasable name. I still like it though. And I like it better for a boy than a girl. I really like Valentin, though. It's definitely not feminine (and neither is Valentino, but I don't like that).

I like the nickname Val for all the names. And maybe Tina for Valentina. Because it's really too long for everyday use. And it's long enough without a middle name, too, so if there is one it should be short (no Valentina Evangeline Alexandra). Something like Valentina Rose, maybe. Though that's too frilly and pink.
