Re: Disney inspired boy names
in reply to a message by Emezli
I would argue that next to no name is 100% synonymous with Disney that isn't strictly invented by them (like Vanellope)
But if you ask me what names I personally associate the most with Disney - and only Disney, then the list is as follows;
Walt / Walter
Elias (Walt's middle name)
Bambi (Bambi)
Kuzco (The Emperor's New Groove)
Kronk (The Emperor's New Groove)
Pacha (The Emperor's New Groove)
Flynn (Tangled)
Naveen (The Princess and the Frog)
Simba (The Lion King)
Kovu (The Lion King)
Pumbaa (The Lion King)
Timon (The Lion King)
Rafiki (The Lion King)
Mufasa (The Lion King)
Nuka (The Lion King)
Toulouse (The Aristocats)
Berlioz (The Aristocats)
Hiro (Big Hero 6)
Jasper (101 Dalmatians)
Roger (101 Dalmatians)
Pongo (101 Dalmatians)
Olaf (Frozen)
Sven (Frozen)
Orville (The Rescuers)
Florian (Snow White)
Phoebus (The Hunchback of Notre-Dame)
Tito (Oliver and Company)
*I am not considering Pixar or anything that Disney has purchased / under a different studio name (such as Touchstone) it has to have been released by Disney itself.

Simba is said to mean 'Lion' in a Kenyan language; in South Africa for decades it has been the trade name of the top-selling brand of potato crisps, with a friendly lion as their trademark.
