I like Fay; something about Faye bothers me, it feels weirdly sloppy. I'm reminded of someone who spits while speaking. Fay is refreshing again, I'd love to see it on a kid. It's one of the few short names that doesn't bore me, maybe because of the retro punch it packs.
Flora is very nice, and I'm not British so the butter association is fine (also I would name a kid after butter, I love butter).
Sylvie is really cute. I knew a Sylvie growing up so I always preferred Sylvia for being "fancier", but Sylvie is sprightly and young without being babyish, a very nice name.
