Ira John - I love this name! I'm neutral on Barry. It feels like a nn to me.
Luther Vincent - Luther is cool. I don't like Vincent as much, but it works as a combo.
Gary - Not a personal favorite. It's very dated, I think. I wouldn't mind it as a nickname for Garret or Garreth, though.
Judas - I understand liking the name - I love the sound of it. But naming your kid Judas... Even for non-religious people, it's a synonym for someone untrustworthy, a traitor. Avoid the connotation and use Judah or Jude, like Ceri said.
