Maybe in Hebrew? In English, I've only heard BYOO-lə (beul basically rhyming with Yule). If there was an ey in it, I'd be more reminded of Bela / Beyla / Beyle than I am.

I have heard beeyule-luh (with a short bee before the Yule rhyme)
