HB
If you were to see the initials HB in regards to a woman, what do you think her name would be?
It's a first name, middle name combo.
I appreciate you guys because I couldn't think of it anything that sounded good.

There's no obvious assumption, but Helen Bridget is the 1st thing my mind supplied. Initials come across as proper/professional (or trying to be) imv and Helen and Bridget do come across to me as proper/conventional/straitlaced. I also just like those names and notice they both have 'light/fire' type associations.
On the other hand, HB could be using initials because they're embarrassed by their weird given names.
Hextilda Bergljot
Heavenly Bluebell
Hortense Blanche
These are likely in the US, though...
Someone born 1940s-1950s:
Helen, Hazel, Harriet
Barbara, Bessie, Beatrice, Beverly, Betty, Brenda, Bonnie, Bertha, Bobbie, Bonita, Beth, Belinda
I'll pick Harriet Bessie, Helen Beatrice, or Hazel Brenda, of those.
Someone born 1960s-1970s:
Heidi, Holly, Heather, Helen, Hope
Brandy, Bridget, Brenda, Barbara, Beth, Beverly, Betty, Bonnie, Belinda, Brooke, Becky

Heavenly Bluebell.
Love it.
Love it.
I was trying to think of something silly, but I genuinely like it. :-D

I would think Hannah Brooklyn, at least for someone my age. If I had to pick a name for the initials HB, I would pick Helen Bianca.
Hannah Beth
Depends on her age! If she is older, I'd assume the B stands for Beth, because that was a popular middle name choice in the past.
Hazel Beth
Heather Beth
Harriet Beth
Helen Beth
Harmony Beth
Other B middles would be Beatrice or Barbara, those are the first things that come to mind.
If she's younger, I would have less certainty. Maybe something like Hailey Belle? Hannah Briar?
Or do you mean first name + last name? The first thing that comes to mind is Helen Barrett. Helen for sure.

B is a difficult letter. There isn't a name I instantly think of and that feels like it's more likely than any other B name.

Do you mean, HB as two given names, or is B the surname initial? I'll try for both:
Helen Belinda Surname
Harriet Buchanan
Helen Belinda Surname
Harriet Buchanan
Helen Barnett. I fear it's just a merge of two characters from two of my interests.
