What do you think of my favorite Phoenician masculine names?
Platibaal
Ithobaal/IttobaalI think they're lovely because they're very similar to ancient Hebrew names and they both have a pleasant sound
How would you pronounce them? What do you think of them? What would you pair them with?*******

I like Platibaal the best. I like that it has "refuge" in the meaning. My favorite combos would be Platibaal Hanno. My favorite Phoenician masculine names:
Hamilcar
Hanno
Yatonmilk
Aleyin (a Phoenician god of springs and vegetation)
You are correct about the meaning, Phoenician was also a Canaanite dialect similarly to Judean and Israelite (Hebrew). Phoenician and Hebrew have similar vocabulary.
I love Palitbaal Hanno, it sounds lovely.
