Amelie Liora is my favorite.
It sounds like to me you prefer Esmé, so of those, I'd choose Esmé Lya Alouette. I prefer Sophie as a name, but the flow of Alouette sounds nicer.
However, I think I prefer Noémie Fleur as a whole but have a preference for Esmé as a first name when judging first names alone

Noemie Fleur would be my choice.
My favourite names on your list are Esmé, Sophie, Fleur and Alouette. I like three given names: all my children have three each. I far prefer Leah to Lya, especially if you aren't in a Francophone place. And I don't see the point of hyphenating Lya-Sophie: how many people will ever see it or say it? And why that, but not Lya-Alouette?
So, in your place I'd seriously consider Esmé Fleur Alouette. Also, be aware that it's possible that your little girl will for no apparent reason not look like the name/s you've chosen: my son looked fine with all three of his names, but I'd set my heart on having a daughter named Lucy and when she was born, she just didn't look at all like a Lucy - that's the best way I can explain it. So I found myself reading down alphabetical lists of girl names and stopping when I got to one I liked, and trying it out on her! She finally looked like Caroline, and I was very grateful that she didn't make me toil on and on until I reached Zoe!

My favorite from your list is Amélie Liora.
If I could cheat though, Fleur Sophie :)

Definitely Noémie Fleur.
I don't like the sound of Esmé (don't like Phoebe, Daphne etc. either) so my second choice would be Amélie.

Do you pronounce Phoebe and Daphne with an eh/ay? I'd expect them to have an ee sound.

It's the opposite: Some people pronounce Esme with an ee sound.
But there's an accent mark and Amelie and Noemie end with ee sound.
True, I don't know then. I've never heard Phoebe or Daphne end with anything except an ee sound.
I vote Noémie Fleur like everyone else so far.
Esmé Liora would be pretty.
I don't like the other names.

I second this.
Noémie Fleur is the prettiest, by far.
