Julian
Toby and Julian are twins probably around mid/late 40s in age. Ludovic and Bentham are also brothers and are the father and uncle of Toby and Julian. Three of the four men were married but none of the women’s names stood out.

Haven't seen either series, but judging by the names, give me Midsomer Murders any day. Are Ridley and Ripley intended as comments on their parents?

When finding out the children’s names were Jonathan Creek sarcastically said “I wonder what their mother’s favourite film was.”
