Q2: It has never charted for girls but on Beyond Top 1000 US popularity it peaked 10-19 years after I was born
(it charted for boys 10-19 years after I was born)
I just do not know how you want the data and I don't want to mess it up by being a girl with a "boys'"/unisex name! :)

If you live in the US, you can look at popularity beyond the US top 1000 to see when it peaked.
