Maybe at least spell it as "Stepfeen" or something (which I dislike immensely), if it's pronounced "Step-feen"...that's the only other pronunciation I can think of. The "pf" in the name is pointless, if it's said like the name Stephanie- I'd still want to say it as, "STEP-fuh-nee," anyway. However, the name Stepfine is certainly interesting, I will give it that.
