I find this name incredibly bland, in a satisfying way. Like a nice oatmeal cookie. It's got the same vibe as other satisfyingly boring names, like Lauren, Natalie, Emily, Leslie, and Jane.
I don't have strong feelings about spelling, but I think I might like Hayley. It feels more 1960's dorky cute to me. Like Hayley Mills. I think of multi-coloured polka dots for some reason. I also kinda like Hailey? It feels strong somehow, like tough as nails. I think that's the spelling most popular where I'm from.
