Winona leads the team! Beautiful name. Wendy has good associations for me, and Winifred was both one of the all-time nastiest human beings I've ever encountered and, luckily, a friend's long-ago Dachshund, who was delightful. And, though I don't really enjoy seasonal names, perhaps in these days of global climate change Winter might be, I don't know, attractively nostalgic?
