I think maybe in adaptions of the play I've seen, the Capulets are often in red, while in Montagues are in blue. Though Rom* names seem red to me probably because I think of Roman military outfits.
Separate from the play, I see Juliet most easily as being purple, and then after that, yellow or grey.
Some names remind me of certain colors, but it's hard for me to come up with names just by thinking of a color.
