I'm not keen on any "issy" names, though they do have a kind of appeal. They sort of give me an uncanny valley response, where I know they are supposed to be appealing and cute, but I feel a deep, instinctive revulsion towards them. Although, maybe my reaction can't be trusted, because I went through my entire childhood with an "issy" nickname I couldn't escape, and I haaaaaaaated it.
