Gregor or Gregory would both be good; a lot would depend on the surname.

Grace doesn't appeal to me at all; for a girl G name I'd use Gillian but probably as a mn. But then I'd rather avoid a J name because the sounds are the same. Gillian Joy might work; Gillian Jane even.
