Michael vs Micah
I don’t know why, but I love the name Michael, but hate the name Micah.

I like Michael. I don’t have a strong opinion on Micah.
I love Michael, too!And I like Micah.
I don't like Micah either.
I like both but prefer Micah because it's fresher and I've never messed up its spelling before. I habitually spell Micheal when I mean Michael.
I love Micah, Michael is okay but so overused that it doesn't really have a style. Micah is soft, quiet, and intelligent; and also a little shimmery because of the similarity to Mica. I like the feminine sound of the "ah" ending- I know people tend to use 'feminine name' and 'girl name' interchangeably on this site but to me there's a big difference; Micah is definitely a boy name but its style is feminine.
I'm the opposite. I've known too many Michaels throughout my life that I don't find it interests me anymore. I don't know any Micahs so that name sounds new and fresh.
I like them both esp Michael
Micah is nothing if not biblical, as is Michael but it's been used so much for so long that it's just another name by now, and a very nice one. Micah has the added disadvantage of ending in an -a sound, which still seems feminine: could even work as a nn for Michaela!
I like both.
