I don't think of signatures so much as how a name looks on the page (eg. typed). I call letters like y, g, p etc... "hanging letters". I prefer a name combo (first, middle & last) to have one hanging letter because I think it looks better written out.William Henry Jones

You could do a whole separate list on "flow" in names regarding typeface!
