I really dislike rhyming names in general. The best I've ever heard are Kaitlyn and Nathan, and Morgan and Jordan.
I don't consider Julian and Jillian to be "rhyming". Kenneth and Edith don't rhyme traditionally.
Richard and Leonard is the best out of your list because they manage to be the most distinct from each other. The second best is Kayla and Layla because they are pretty and not too overbearing to me.
