Rick usually is a nn for Richard, though it can of course be used on its own, and I know one man whose full name is Frederick.
It's impossible to say what a third child's name might be without knowing the ages and demographics of the family, and what time period the show is set if it's a fictional show rather than a reality show.
But assuming these are fairly young kids, Rick seems a bit of an outlier.
