I know of a Lynnlee (I think that's how it's spelled). She's in her late 30s. Definitely seems like a 90s name, I agree. The name Lynley feels like it would work on someone in their late 20s to 50s.

I guess Lynn was the most popular in the 50s and 60s, so that makes sense.
