Chloe Anna surprised me too, I’ve never heard it as a double barrel name before in spite of them both being popular! I’d probably go for:
Willow Anna
Sophie Anna
Laurel Anna
Margot Anna
Romy Anna
Unfortunately it rules out pretty much all names ending in A or N, which is quite a few I like.
