I do find the flow a little strange with the S sounds so close to each other, but it actually has a real charm to it! It somehow makes me appreciate Millicent a lot more. I think with it paired with the soft sweetness of Sarah, it takes the edge off of Millicent, while Millicent gives Sarah a stronger, more grown-up air.
Sarah Millicent might flow better, but I do think it would be a shame to hide a strong name like Millicent behind Sarah haha______________________________________________
