I know Sadie has a reputation of being trendy, but I've never met any, of the human variety at least.
Sadie is a character in a video game I love (set in 1899), and she's very badass. I didn't even notice the sad-die thing until you brought it up, lol (actually the sad/die thing is really fitting for the character, I wonder if the writers did that on purpose!).
Before the game character, my strongest association was the "Sadie Sadie Married Lady" song from Funny Face, which isn't so bad.
I think Sadie Vivienne Rosalind is nice.
