It sounds pretty but also mismatched. The first H is the only issue, appearance-wise. Jenoah, Jenoa, Genoa, etc. all look smoother. I know nothing about the original spelling or the origin.
I assume that's a confusing way to spell Genoa? Jenoa would be ok, maybe even Jenoah because it looks like they're trying to reference the name Noah and allow for the nickname Jen/Jenny, but that first H has no business being anywhere!
I've no idea. I rarely talk to my cousin other than on occasion. I do know he had no say in the name other than the middle name.
I don’t like the spelling but the name is nice and the combo is ok. Jenoa (or even Genoa) would have sufficed.
Don't really like it
At first I thought it was a biblical name, but this spelling of Genoa is awful.
Dear me. What is that -h- doing there? Just confusing the issue, I think: if they wanted to avoid the Italian town and/or make it feminine, then Jennoa would have avoided Noah and his ark, and also avoided the cry of surprise: Eh? As for the mother: does she have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: Seems she yawns a lot ...
Not particularly a fan of Genoa. Less so of Jehnoah. Reminds me too much of my overly fundamentalist childhood. Are they Mormon or some other flavor of Protestant by chance? I'm sure she's a nice kid though, even if it gives me war flashbacks to youth group days 😆😅
They aren't Mormon but my cousin does belong to a Pentecostal church. His contrabution to the name was the middle name. He chose Elise. His ex wife Yaunna chose Jehnoah.
Oh! Is it a different spelling of Genoa? I kept staring and staring at it because something about it seemed so familiar!
Can't say I'm a fan of Jehnoah.
Huh, it's really unique. I like it!
