I assume Sefina is a short form of Josefina - I quite like it, it's cute, and more substantial than Fefa. Calixtro is interesting and cool. Rosalio is odd, and as a Spanish, I didn't know it existed. The feminine form is way better. Dionicia is alright, but I prefer Dionisia, or even better, Dionysia. Leone is nice as a feminine form of Leon, but I like Leona, Leonia and Leonie better.
I love Severa and Celestia, like Sefina, Calixtro, Filemón, Dalia, Zulema, Estanislao, Leone and Jayanti, find Dionicia alright and dislike Rosalio, Ambry, Nataya and Dayan.
