I kind of like the sound, but only spelled Cillian. The K spelling is too "Kill" heavy for me, and also reminds me of the beer. While Cillian reminds me of Cillian Murphy. *wink*

I don't like the sound of "kill" either, not at all.
It's a surname to me, so I can't say I'm fond of it. And the only nns I can get from it are Kill (NO!) and Ian (ok). :o)
It's a fine Irish surname. But I'd hesitate to use it as a fn, because it starts will Kill.
Hate it. People may call min 'The Killer' or something.
