Is it ok to have a middle name ending with an A if the first name ends with an A as well?

Considering this describes my given name (Samantha Angela), I’d say yes.
I know twins named Samantha and Angela!

Yes that's ok, as previously said quite common in Italy and Spain, I'd try and avoid if you can
In Italy and Spain, etc, it's hard to avoid! I prefer something like Laura Rebecca to, say, Laura Alison.
