Anastasia - Replace with Lydia.
Sophia - I would replace this mega popular name with Julia.
Ella - replace with Livia which would go well with Maddalena.
Maryrose - I like these separated (eg.Mary Rose). You could replace Maryrose with Marie. I do prefer Mary Rose. FYI- Mary Rose was a ship that sank and 500 men were lost in 1545. I remember learning about it during my British History class.
